Γενικές πληροφορίες
Το University of De Montfort βρίσκεται στην πολυπολιτισμική πόλη του Λέστερ, μια ώρα από την πόλη του Λονδίνου με το τρένο. Όλα τα προγράμματά του έχουν σχεδιαστεί προσεκτικά με απώτερο σκοπό όλοι οι απόφοιτοι να εφοδιαστούν με ικανότητες και γνώση που να αντοποκρίνονται στη σημερινή ανταγωνιστική αγορά εργασίας. Πολλά από τα μαθήματα είναι διαπιστευμένα από επαγγελματίες, νομικούς και ρυθμιστικούς φορείς. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι σχεδιάστηκαν έχοντας πάντα κατά νου την απασχόληση μετά την αποφοίτηση.
Διαμονή
Το De Montfort University έχει 8 μοντέρνες, άνετες και απόλυτα ασφαλείς εστίες οι οποίες απέχουν περίπου 10 λεπτά η καθεμία από το campus. Τα περισσότερα είναι μονόκλινα en-suite με κοινές κουζίνες και πλυντήριο. ‘Ολα διαθέτουν σύνδεση στο διαδίκτυο ένω έχουν και χώρους σταθμευσής και φύλαξης ποδηλάτων. Με τη βοήθεια μας, μπορείτε να εξασφαλίσετε διαμονή στους χώρους κάποιας από τις 8 εστίες.
Σε κάθε περίπτωση υπάρχει η δυνατότητα να νοικιάσετε ένα διαμέρισμα στην πόλη.

Κόστος
Το κόστος για το προπαρασκευαστικό έτος μέσα στο Πανεπιστήμιο, δηλαδη το International Year Zero είναι: £9,250.00
Όσον αφορά το κόστος των διδάκτρων, για κάθε ακαδημαικό έτος σε degree course (undergraduate level) λόγω της συνεργασίας που έχουμε αναπτύξει με το University of De Montfort και τον οργανισμό Oxford International Education Group, μπορούμε να σας εξασφαλίσουμε δανειοδότηση μέχρι £9,250.00 ετησίως, υπό τον όρο μέχρι και τον Σεπτέμβριο του κάθε ακαδημαικού έτους να έχει περάσει ο φοιτητής όλα τα μαθήματα.
Προϋποθέσεις εισαγωγής
- Για όσους επιθυμούν απευθείας εισαγωγή στο University of De Montfort, θα πρέπει να διαθέτουν ορισμένα τυπικά προσόντα:
Βαθμό Απολυτηρίου 17,5+ - ΙΕLTS 6.5 + ή Certificate of Proficiency, είτε από το πανεπιστήμιο του Cambridge είτε το πανεπιστήμιο του Michigan.
Για όσους δεν διαθέτουν τα τυπικά προσόντα, θα πρέπει να παρακολουθήσουν το International Stage one.
Ανάλογα με το βαθμό που έλαβαν στο IELTS, ενδεχομένως να χρειαστεί να παρακολουθήσουν μαθήματα Αγγλικής γλώσσας ταυτόχρονα με το International Stage One. Η διάρκεια των μαθημάτων μπορεί να είναι 6 ή 12 εβδομάδες αναλογά με τις ανάγκες του φοιτητή.
Σπουδές
International Year Zero: έχει σχεδιαστεί ώστε να αποκτήσουν οι φοιτητές επιπλεόν δεξιότητες στο αντικείμενο σπουδών αλλά και στην εκμάθηση της αγγλικής γλώσσας. Το πρόγραμμα αυτό απευθύνεται σε international φοιτητές οι οποιοί δεν έχουν τα τυπικα προσόντα ώστε να γίνουν δεκτοί απευθείας στο 1ο έτος σπουδών (undergraduate degree)
Έχει 3 βασικά μαθήματα και ανάλογα με το αντικείμενο σπουδών που επιθυμεί κάθε φοιτητής επιπλεόν μαθήματα.
